If the event is cancelled
You get a full refund, including the service fee and tax, to your original payment method. It usually arrives within 5 to 10 business days. We email you when the refund is sent.
If the event is moved to a new date
Your tickets stay valid for the new date. If you can't go, ask for a refund within 14 days of the change.
Other refunds
Each event shows its refund policy on its page, set by the organizer:
- No refunds unless the event is cancelled or moved, or
- Full refund up to 7 days before the event, or
- Full refund up to 24 hours before the event.
Can't go?
Send your tickets to a friend from your ticket page, up to 2 hours before start.
