Right after payment, on the ticket page and under My tickets. They're also emailed to you. Lost the email? Use "Find my tickets" on the My tickets page.

Each event shows its refund policy. If an event is cancelled or moved, you get a full refund. Otherwise you can send your tickets to a friend up to 2 hours before start.

Sales tax depends on the event's province: HST 13% in Ontario, GST 5% in Alberta, GST 5% in BC, GST 5% in Manitoba and GST 5% + QST 9.975% in Québec. It's shown before you pay.

Some organizers let prices follow demand, between a floor and a cap they set. The price when you tap Get tickets is held for 5 minutes.

It depends on the event. Each event page lists its age policy and any free child tickets.

Look for "Accessibility" under Good to know on the event page. If it isn't listed, ask us and we'll check with the organizer.
